The Ointment Manufacturing Plant by Future Machine is a specialized, fully integrated system designed for the high-efficiency production of semi-solid formulations. Whether you are making medicated ointments, cosmetic creams, gels, or lotions, our plant ensures a smooth, stable, and bubble-free final product.
Main Manufacturing Vessel (Vacuum Emulsifier): The core of the system. It features a high-speed bottom-entry homogenizer and a top-mounted anchor agitator with Teflon scrapers. The vacuum system ensures that no air bubbles are trapped in the cream, improving shelf life and texture.
Water Phase Vessel: Used for heating and mixing aqueous ingredients and stabilizers before they are transferred to the main vessel.
Wax/Oil Phase Vessel: Specifically designed to melt waxes and oils using steam or electrical heating, ensuring a completely liquid state for emulsification.
Interconnecting Piping: All vessels are connected via electro-polished SS316L pipes with pneumatic valves for a completely "hands-free" closed-loop transfer.
Colloid Mill: An optional addition for further refining the particle size of the ointment to achieve a superior, silky-smooth finish.
Uniform Homogenization: Our high-shear mixers achieve particle sizes as small as 2 to 5 microns, ensuring active ingredients are perfectly distributed.
Jacketed Precision: Vessels are jacketed for heating and cooling, allowing for precise temperature control during the cooling phase to prevent "shock" to the emulsion.
cGMP & CIP Design: Designed with zero "dead-legs." The system includes integrated spray balls for automated Clean-In-Place (CIP), minimizing downtime between batches.
PLC Automation: Features a centralized touchscreen panel to control mixing speed, vacuum levels, and temperature cycles, ensuring batch-to-batch consistency.
Pharmaceuticals: Medicated ointments, antiseptic creams, and dermatological gels.
Cosmetics: Face creams, lotions, sunscreens, and hair conditioners.
Oral Care: Toothpaste and medicated oral gels.
